We will discuss:
1. 5 Themes of Health Related Fitness
2. Principles of Training
3. The F.I.T.T. Principle
4. Caloric intake vs Caloric outtake (what you eat vs how much you exercise.
5. Different training methods
6. How to create a Personal Fitness Plan
Throughout the 1st 9wks we will also exercise everyday with our primary focus being on cardiovascular fitness and flexibility.
